How long will it take for my coffee gear to arrive?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within North America usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on brewing equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium coffee gear worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
