We want you to love your brewing gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for food safety reasons, roasted coffee beans and certain consumables are final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
