Brandywine - El Vergel: EA Decaf

This decaffeinated selection comes from the El Vergel estate, a farm known for its focus on experimental processing and single-estate consistency. Unlike many decafs that are processed as washed lots, this coffee was dried as a natural before undergoing the Ethyl Acetate decaffeination process. The natural method preserves the high sugar content and fruit-forward profile of the cherries, resulting in a decaf that retains remarkable body and a vibrant sweetness characterized by citrus and honey notes.
