Produced at Finca El Salitre, Jiggly Berry features the Milenio F1 variety—a hybrid cross between Sudan Rume and Sarchimor designed for high cup quality and resilience. This lot underwent an anaerobic natural process, resulting in a bold and "boozy" profile with a heavy, syrupy body. The fermentation style intensifies the fruit character, offering deep notes of sweet cherries and juicy purple grapes, balanced by a distinct sparkling acidity and a unique, lingering finish of liquorice.
