This vibrant washed coffee from Habtamu Fikadu in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, is a blend of Kurume and Dega varietals. Grown at high altitudes, the slow maturation of the cherries allows sugars and complex flavors to develop fully, resulting in a cup bursting with vibrant acidity, delicate floral aromatics, and distinct notes of dragon fruit, white peach, and honeycrisp apple.
