Maintaining all the performance of the Flair PRO 2, the PRO 3 is an incredible lever-based, manual espresso maker, providing you with full control over all brew variables. This level of control over your espresso extraction compares to machines that cost 10x more than the PRO 3. In addition, the Flair PRO 3 still includes:
- Pressure gauge with a targeted espresso zone between 6-9 BAR
- Bottomless portafilter for incredible flow dynamics
- 70ml reservoir with a 56ml maximum espresso yield
- A removable stainless steel spout
- A silicone handle grip for brewing ergonomics
- A silicone protective wrap to improve gauge durability
- All metal brewing cylinder and frame
