Grown at staggering altitudes up to 2,300m, this washed lot from the Banko Dhadhato Collective captures the essence of an autumnal equinox. The high-elevation landraces produce a tea-like body with delicate chamomile and rosehip notes, balanced by a soft marshmallow sweetness and a crisp baked apple acidity.
