    A good Dutch oven lasts forever; a Great Jones Dutch oven is your best friend forever. The 6.75qt (6388ml) enameled cast-iron Dutchess moves gracefully from stove to oven to table centerpiece.

    The Dutchess and Dutch Baby are made of cast-iron enamel. Cast iron gets - and stays - quite hot, and the enamel makes it easier to clean and care for (no need to season it!). The interior enamel is grey. The colour is light enough to allow you to see butter browning, but dark enough to resist stains.
