Kaffeelix - Aquiares: Red Honey

This F1 Centroamericano from the Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, is processed as a red honey lot, which beautifully highlights its complex flavor. The cherries are pre-dried for two days and then sun-dried on raised beds for eight days with the mucilage intact. This meticulous method brings wonderful smoothness and balance to the cup, with notes of apple, peach, red grape, and dark cherry.
