This washed peaberry coffee from the Githiga Wet Mill in Murang'a County, Kenya, is sourced from 980 farmers of the Kanyenaini Farmers Cooperative Society. The lot features SL28 and SL34 varieties, delivering wonderful fruit and caramel notes with a lively acidity, including blackcurrant, clementine, and red apple. It performs well as both filter and espresso.
