Tasting Notes: Peach, Milk Chocolate, Apple, Almond, Tangerine. Produced by smallholder families in Montebonito, Caldas, this washed Castillo Naranjal is part of the Forest Coffee Reforest project. Grown at altitudes up to 2,100m, it undergoes aerobic fermentation and careful canopy drying for a sweet, high-altitude profile.
