This "THICCC" and juicy cup combines two distinct components: a Pink Bourbon lot from Jairo Arcila in Colombia, which underwent a honey peach co-fermentation, and a washed Paraneima lot from Santa Barbara, Honduras. While co-ferments can sometimes be intense on their own, this blend uses the structured, washed Honduran coffee to ground the wild fruitiness of the peach-infused lot. The resulting profile is a ridiculously creamy and fruit-forward experience, characterized by a dominant peach flavor and a decadent, velvety mouthfeel reminiscent of coconut whipped cream.
